RE: bluetooth helmets ??
I have a viper bluetooth helmet and as a helmet it is pretty good, a bit heavy but it rarely fogs up.

The bluetooth side of it is sh*t. I can hear people perfectly and before it broke i could only talk back below 20mph otherwise all they could hear was wind.

Save your money and check your phone when you stop.

I've never tried using a GPS with my helmet but when people talk to me i can hear them quite clearly so it should be ok.

If it's only for a GPS, have you considered an aftermarket Bluetooth system like the Midland BT2... Clicky
That way you can keep your current helmet...

Sorry about broken link... should work now (hopefully)
Midland BT2... Clicky

The price for a single is £139.99 (the rrp is £145) with free p&p and to be honest I could only do £5 off a single purchase... but if I could find 8 people to buy as a group I could do them for £125 (preferably delivered to one place!)
