I'm after a garage or space within a garage to rent in the Brighton area so my motorbike has somewhere safe to live.

If I had spare space in mine I would have offered it to you..

I checked that one out but as I'm more Withdean area I think it's too far - I had a garage a mile down the road (into town) and going to get my bike at rush hour every morning was a complete nightmare.

Keep on looking there's lots about.

Talking of Withdean though.... There's a house in Withdean Road that was recently built (its a big blocky looking house on a bend that towers over the road down to the stadium) and the developer that built it has got a Ducati 916 hanging on the wall!!! It was on Grand Designs a while ago. Will try to get a pic next time he comes in.

I did find a garage - well priced, just 1/2 mile down the road but the agency fee is £143!!!! I don't think so!

Can you not approach the owners of the garage in person and bypass the agency fee?

i agree with Blade, I have loads of space in Garage, just a shame its in Sittingbourne.

I am keeping my ears to the ground and my eyes open - £143 for 'fees' is just plain ridiculous. Like, what paperwork do you need to do to rent a garage? And mine is chocka anyway - PLUS where I live is a bit of a trek from Withdean.

I was going to suggest maybe Luke's garage, but it's probably full of bits of Aprilia Don't know if kwakajacka has a garage, does she? I will ask some of the roofers that come in at work as sometimes they have large garages they use for storage that they don't use - donate a space for a motorcycle and they can have a bigger discount on their roofing materials
